Software for configuration and data acquisition
Graphical display and export of measurement data
The free GSVmulti software is included in the scope of delivery for measuring amplifiers of the GSV-2, GSV-3, GSV-4, GSV-6, GSV-8 series.
The Windows program GSVmulti is suitable for live display, recording and viewing/analyzing stored measurement data. Multiple channels can be recorded over the time axis (y-t diagram) or over an "X-axis" (X-Y diagram). The GSVmulti software is suitable for all of our GSV measuring amplifiers with interfaces (RS232, Bluetooth, USB, GSV-6CAN), which can also be configured with this.
When recorded, the measurement data is saved in the binary "TDMS" and can be opened, displayed and exported in text or Excel format using the integrated "File Monitor".
The "GSVmulti Professional" version features virtual channels. These channels allow the input signals to be calculated using a scripting language, or mathematical operations such as summation over time or the determination of maximum and minimum values.

The 6-channel measuring amplifier GSV-61EC and the force/torque sensors K6D55ri and K6D80ri can be integrated via EtherCAT. This requires a separate license and the installation of an additional program, namely the EtherCAT Master Software from Ackermann Automation / Acontis.
Initial configuration is performed via a GUI that opens in the Add Channel dialog when Communication Interface = EtherCAT is selected or the small "ECat network" button is clicked. Simple topologies can be configured by selecting devices, or an externally created EtherCAT Network Information file (ENI) can be selected. The configuration must be compatible with the hardware.
The maximum measurement data rate is limited to the EtherCAT cycle time of the master, which can be changed in the dialog mentioned above. It runs sufficiently accurately and smoothly from 10 to 50 ms.
