MEcloud – Measurement data from sensor to dashboard
MEcloud stores measurement data online and makes it accessible via clear, intuitive dashboards. The service is part of an end-to-end measurement system from ME-Meßsysteme: measurement nodes capture signals, the GSV-6GW gateway collects and transmits the data, and MEcloud makes it available for analysis. We also provide support for integrating customer-specific devices.
Using suitable measurement nodes, parameters such as strain, force, torque, acceleration, and movement can be captured. The gateway can store measurement data locally before transmitting it to MEcloud via a mobile network. Depending on the specific measurement task, the system stores average, minimum, and maximum values, or temporarily records all readings as high-resolution raw data. With appropriate measurement nodes and configuration, sampling rates of up to 500 Hz are possible.
Setup and analysis: With the Professional and Enterprise plans, MEhub automatically creates suitable dashboards based on the configured data acquisition settings. ME provides assistance with setup, view customization, and inviting additional users. Data areas and dashboards for different companies are managed separately.
Downloading measurement data: With the Professional and Enterprise plans, data is processed and made available for download on a daily basis. The export includes a 24-hour overview. If high-resolution raw data is available for a given period, it is also provided for download. Downloads can be accessed directly via a link in the dashboard.
ME operates and monitors the cloud infrastructure, backs up server data, and monitors connected gateways. We also provide on-site support when needed—for example, with the installation of strain gauges.
