Bridge Amplifier GSV-1

The GSV-1 is a precise Bridge Amplifier for straingage full bridges. It is available as circuit card and in different housing variants.

The circuit board GSV-1L measures only 30mm x 40mm x 6,5mm and can easily integrated into larger printed circuit boards.

The Bridge Amplifier GSV-1H for DIN rails after EN50022 is only 12,5mm broad and 114,5mm long. The reinforcement is selectable over link plugs.

The Bridge Amplifier GSV-1HSW for DIN rails contains additionally two threshold value indicators with relays and a peak value memory. The attitude of the threshold values is made either by spindle trimmers or by connectable remote potentiometers.
Two sense outputs 0.02… 0.95 V give information over the adjusted trigger levels (2%… 95%)

With the table case GSV-1A8 a economical 8-channel Strain Gage Bridges Amplifier with analogue output and/or USB interface is available.

The module GSV-1M is a completely encapsulated version of the printed circuit board GSV-1L with Miniatur-M8 round plugs.

The features of the GSV-1 is the zero point balancing within only 90 milliseconds over 100% of the measuring range.
With a control signal of the SPS or over a push-button the zero point balancing is released. The trigger levels for zero point balancing may lie within the range of 3.5 V up to 30 V.
